Before the final inspection, we do a thorough walk-through with you to ensure everything meets your needs. If you see anything that doesn’t fit your standards, we add it to a “punch list” of items to do before the final inspection and before you move into your new commercial space. We work hard to manage and oversee your project from start to finish, so punch lists are typically minimal. However, you might notice something you want touched up or see something that might need to be tested before you move in tenants or employees.

Once we have a punch list, we get to work completing them efficiently so you can get ready for occupancy as soon as possible. Our experts help streamline this process to ensure everything meets your standards and your deadlines.

After everything is complete, it’s important to know how to operate and maintain your new building features. Our closeout packages include all the operations and maintenance manuals you need for your building as well as final drawings and other deliverables. We provide digital closeout packages for easy access and use. Our specialists organize packages so it’s incredibly easy to find everything you need to know, from how to properly clean the light fixtures to how often to replace the windows.

Unlike many other general contractors, we take a proactive approach to collecting and compiling closeout documents, so you can expect to receive an accurate, exhaustive package as quickly as possible so you can keep your space in great condition for years to come.
